Informational Tips

  • When refilling the feeders, if the bees have propolized the feed holes, it's not necessary to open the holes up. They will take care of that.
  • Clean the jars with a mild bleach solution before refilling.
  • Don't overtighten the jars.
  • When removing the jars, be sure to loosen them while they are on the base plate to help break the seal.
