Hello!
We are a small family-run business near Nashville, TN and are considered sideliner beekeepers with about 120 hives at six different apiaries. Our honey business is called Bull Run Bees. We are going on 11 years as beekeepers and are passionate about honey bees and their health. Our mission is rooted in promoting honey bee health through our feeders, and offering pure, locally produced honey.
After spending many years trying different feeders, none of which met all our needs, we decided to design our own. We realized that there was a need for a more effective, user friendly design. That's why we invented our line of innovative beekeeping feeders—created with functionality, simplicity, and the health of your honey bees in mind.

These BRB Feeders are a real asset to anyone keeping bees as a hobby or even as a sideliner. Very easy to use as well as provide great control of how much or how little you want to feed.
The versatility of being able to bucket feed or jar feed gives me the options that I need at different times of the year. The design has been very well thought out as it prevents loss of bees to drowning, while at the same time allowing plenty of access for feeding. The quality and color of the materials are also superior and make great sense in relation to beekeeping.
I very much recommend this feeder to anyone looking for a better option to control your feed in order to grow their bees!

As a still new bee keeper with 3 hives, I feel like I’ve tried all the feeders. Top, entrance, frame (you all know what I’m talking about) and I was just short of putting a sonic cup with a straw on top and letting them figure it out. Everything disappointed me. Then last year BRB Feeders introduced me to their brand new product. I bought 3, installed them and went to the house preparing to be “ho hummed.” Well, Bless my heart. I wasn’t disappointed. I was thrilled with it. I’m able to monitor it from a distance, I can change the amount they can get at a time (I’m still learning the benefits to this), I’m not drowning bees, it’s so easy and it honestly looks pretty cool sitting on top. Oh yeah, we have had some massive winds (40-60mph) come through and they still sit on top like a rockstar. Tonight, I came home with 3 of their new upgraded feeder and if I liked the original, I’m going to love this one. You won’t be disappointed either. Trust me!!!!

Feeding syrup to our bees, especially when the metal lid rusts shut on the glass jars, has always been our most tedious and hated part of beekeeping. Not to mention not being able to truly control the amount of syrup going into the hive. However, these new BRB Feeders we are using on our hives are AWESOME and fixes all of those problems.
No more metal lids rusting to the jar, no more putting tape over the holes on the metal lid, and no more wasteful feeding of sugar syrup! The BRB Feeders go on easy and never rusts to the jar. A quick twist of the jar lid while it sits on the hive cover before removing the jar to refill, helps break the seal so you can unscrew the jar lid with ease. The fact that it has a quick dial shutter on the lid allowing you to feed the syrup using one or more holes depending on time of the year and your goal with the bees is AMAZING and saves us time and money from feeding (and mixing!) too much sugar syrup.
We are using the BRB Feeders on all (50) of our hives right now, ranging from full 10-frame hives to 5-frame nucleus colonies. They work great, save us a bunch of frustration and time, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, saves us money from needlessly feeding too much syrup. We are extremely happy with our purchase of these feeders and know you will be too. We cannot recommend the BRB Feeders enough!

BRB Feeder’s are definitely a 5 Star product. We changed over to the BRB Feeder this year and it’s been a game changer, easier, faster, reduces drowning to near zero and just put the enjoyment back into this very important part of beekeeping. We just started 2 hives at Harpeth High school and I have to say I have peace of mind with the BRB feeders in place! Installation was very easy (we have telescoping covers with a thin metal sheet on top) and quick making minimal stress to our bees. I love that it will reduce robbing, we can control the amount of flow, and we can see the amount of food the girls have left without having to go into the hives themselves. The customer service by this company is excellent as well!

This fall, I switched my hives over to BRB feeders, and it’s been a game-changer for my beekeeping routine. With a hectic schedule, I needed a feeding solution that was quick, efficient, and minimally disruptive to the bees. I spotted an ad for BRB feeders in Bee Culture magazine and decided to give them a shot—I’m always excited to try innovative products and support creators bringing fresh ideas to the market.
I ordered five kits, and installation was a breeze; the first one was up and running in just minutes. The next day, I set it out with a jar of feed, and my bees dove right in—they clearly loved it! At first, I was stunned by how quickly the jar emptied and convinced it must have leaked, so I disassembled the hive to check the bottom board for any signs of sugar water. To my relief, it was bone-dry. Buoyed by that success, I quickly installed the remaining kits.
Overall, I’m thrilled with these feeders. I even ordered five extra jar risers to streamline the swapping process, making it even faster and less intrusive. Now, I can swing by after work, switch out jars in seconds, and the bees barely notice—pure convenience!
